Consignment Model: We provide an online platform for sales, and you supply the products.
Exclusive Agency Model: We act as the exclusive agent of the brand owner, promoting and selling products in designated markets or platforms, including the expansion of offline channels.
Co-Marketing Model: We collaborate on joint marketing campaigns or promotions to increase brand visibility and market share for both parties.
Partnership Requirements
Cooperative categories:
1. Health & Wellness: Light exercise and wellness products designed to alleviate minor health issues, ideal for home or office use. These products emphasize style and design while promoting a healthy lifestyle.
2. Pro Fitness: High-performance fitness equipment that bridges the gap between home-use and commercial-grade, offering differentiated and highly specialized fitness solutions.
3. Outdoor: Classic outdoor sports and leisure products.
Priority: Products that intend to expand the supply chain and brands of the United States market, and whose pallets have been or will soon arrive in the United States market.
Product Quality Assurance: All products must meet relevant safety standards and pass quality inspections. Detailed product specifications and certification documents must be provided.
Market Compatibility: Products must be suitable for the U.S. market, compliant with local regulations, and competitive with consumer recognition.
Cooperation process
Initial communication: The brand party submits a cooperation application via email or other contact methods, including company introduction, product catalog, cooperation model suggestions and other information.
Sample evaluation: We will ask brands to provide samples for internal evaluation to ensure that their products match our market and user needs.
Contract signing: Both parties negotiate the contract details and clarify the terms of cooperation (such as supply volume, pricing strategy, return policy, after-sales service, etc.).
Product launch: Once the cooperation is reached, the product will be launched on our retail platform and both parties will jointly promote it.
Support Services
Marketing support: We will help promote the cooperative brand through SEO/SEM promotion, social media, email marketing, channel sampling/sample delivery, offline event planning, etc., and the specific form of cooperation can be discussed.
After-sales service: We will provide customers with basic after-sales service, but the brand must be responsible for product quality issues or technical support.
Additional Terms
Territory Restrictions: If there are any restrictions on where your products can be sold or promoted, please notify us before the partnership begins.
Intellectual Property Protection: All intellectual property, including logos, trademarks, and patented technology, will be protected. Neither party may use the other’s IP without permission.
