Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Depending on the product inventory, we will ship directly from the WAREHOUSE in the US.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: It takes 3-5 business days for us to process your order once you have submitted it. Once it’s processed, it will then ship out and take another 7-21 days to deliver depending on what state you live in and which warehouse we ship your items out (due to the Covid-19, the order processing time and delivery may be delayed for 3-5 business days).

Q: I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at support@trainnox.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
